Performance: Così Fan Tutte

Together with a cross-regional ensemble of students and graduates from the music universities of Frankfurt, Leipzig, Essen, and Saarbrücken, I am working on a unique interpretation of Mozart’s Così fan tutte.

The concept for this production was developed by Rebecca di Piazza, a singer based in Bonn and alumna of the HfM Saar. What began as her artistic vision has since grown into a fully realized version of the opera, featuring an original libretto. With the first musical and scenic rehearsals underway and an ever-expanding ensemble, the dream of creating our own opera is steadily becoming reality.

The cast includes nine emerging opera singers—myself among them—as well as two young actresses. Thanks to the support of several generous sponsors, we are able to present the production with a live orchestra. The ensemble features professional musicians performing on two first violins, two second violins, cello, harpsichord, trumpet, horn, bassoon, oboe, clarinet, flute, and timpani, all under the direction of a professional conductor.
